Placing an order via the shopping cart
Recently we have created a shopping cart system for placing orders. We cordially invite you to try it out :) Using the system has plenty of advantages like:
- Instant totals of items you want to purchase
- Securing a place in line for your order
- Speeding up the process of confirming and completing the order due to automatically generated report
- And surely a lot more :)
Nevertheless since all orders are hand-made all order completion times will be assigned individually.
- After you send the order request form we will contact you as soon as possible
- The cart does not require you credit number or any other form of payment like PayPal or such this will be dealt with after the order is confirmed
- After sending the order form the work needed to complete the order will not start until the order is confirmed, nevertheless it will have priority over orders sent by other people during the time

How to place an order
To place an order simply write an email to the same address nina@jazwiec.pl and provide the following information:
- Your name.
- Your shipping address.
- The code and quantity of item(s) you wish to buy.
- Additional information like belt length and color if applicable.
- Intended payment method. ( see below ).
- Delivery option (by post or by courier)
Finalizing the order
After calculating order total cost with shipment we will contact you and ask for the payment, after we receive it we begin to work on your order.
Realization time
As all of the items presented in the shop are hand-made they are not always in stock. That is why time of realization varies from 2 to 21 days.
After you place and order we will determine how fast we can craft ordered items and then we will contact you with the information about the total cost of your order (including shipment) and when the package will be ready for shipment.
Payment options
For your convenience we provide many forms of payment for our elements. You can choose between - PayPal, Western Union Money Trafsters, SWIFT Wire Transfers and Cash if you want to come to Poland :)
PayPal payments are the best option if you would like to pay by a Credit Card (this works in all countries). For residents of several countries it is also possible to charge their PayPal account with wire transfers and pay for the goods without a credit card.
You don't have to be an expert to use PayPal for payments it is very easy and the account in free. If case of Credit Card payment you do not have to create an account at all.
After we finish your order we will request a payment - you will receive an e-mail with a PayPal link in it. When you open the link you will need to input your credit card info and the payment will be processed - easy as that. More info at

- Western Union payments:
If you like you can send money for the order by Western Union money transfer. You just need to go to your nearest Western Union point and pay them the amount for the order that you received in the e-mail + Western Union fees.
You will have to give them the following data:

Country where the money is being transferred to: Poland,

The currency in which the money will be withdrawn: Polish Zloty (PLN).
Then you will receive a transaction number which you have to send to nina@jazwiec.pl in addition to your name and country from where you have sent the money from. More info at http://westernunion.com

You can send the money by a normal Wire Transfer. Here is the needed information to carry out this operation:

There is also a possibility to pay in cash but only when meeting in person. So either you would need to come to Poland or we could meet at some event that I will be attending.
Shipment options
Prices of shipment will of course vary for different countries and especially the weight of the package and its value. That’s why shipment cost have to be calculate for each order.
Below are some rough pricelist what shipment costs can be expected.
- Insured Postal package
Time for delivery is 4-7 days for Europe and USA and 7-14 days for the rest of the world. More info at http://www.poczta-polska.pl

- Uninsured Courier package
If you have a favorite shipping service company like DHL, UPS or such we can of course send you the package with their assistance as long as they run their operations in Poland however usually they are quite expensive.
Returns policy
If you are not satisfied with the order you received, you can return it in 20 days from the date of shipment.v
If the products are in good condition (and they were not used). You will receive payment refund minus shipping cost.
